@alecthegeek I think it's the simplicity of it all. These other systems sure have a lot of cool features, but the fact I still can't get an activation msg for my phone on Jaiku makes me not want to use it.
The only reason I used Twitter over pownce was for SMS, so I started using Jaiku because it claimed to have SMS. I'm willing to live with some downtime if I can get all the features I need.

I mostly interacted with twitter via IM. I am REALLY missing that feature.

@zelut that's the only reason I joined Jaiku, who knows, I might just stay here. (if the people I want to interact with join here as well)
